The 2010 NBA All-Star game is only hours away, and Dallas is set to make history with the people in attendance tonight.
Cowboy Stadium could be hosting 80,000 guests tonight, making the All-Star game the highest attendance any NBA event has ever had.

Another highlight for Mavs fans - Dirk Nowitzki will be taking Kobe Bryant’s place as starter for the West. Can you say awesome?!
I can’t wait for the game! Are you going to be watching tonight?
The Tonight Show will once again be hosted by Jay Leno. My question is…will anybody be watching?
Now that (some of) the tension had died down, especially with the Winter Olympics being a distraction, Leno is set to premiere his second attempt of The Tonight Show this upcoming Monday, and the guests for the first week have just been announced. Actor Jamie Foxx will the first guest for the premiere on Monday. later in the week we will see the likes of Sarah Palin, Morgan Freeman, and a handful of Winter Olympians.
I may watch, that is if I remember that it starts next week. Now that I think about it, I haven’t seen any promos about any of this! Have you?
The Tonight Show with Jay Leno premieres March 1st at 11:35 EST.
If you’re been trying to figure out how to get your Conan fix after he ended his 7-month run on The Tonight Show, worry no more; Mr. O’Brien has now given in the the social media peer pressure & got himself a Twitter account.
Conan only established his account yesterday and has already accumulated over 250,000 followers (I think I was number 195,000ish, not that you were wondering). His first tweet, posted yesterday afternoon, has already convinced me to visit for a good laugh everyday:
“Today I interviewed a squirrel in my backyard and then threw to commercial. Somebody help me.”

I don’t know about you guys, but I simply cannot function without my morning cup of coffee. I used to be that stereotypical consumer that made their Starbucks run every single morning before heading into work. Well, I am happy to report that I now know better, and I make my own coffee at home.
If you were like me and buy your coffee every morning from a specialty shop, you are not only spending a lot of money with this daily purchase, you’re also generating around 23 pounds of waste every year!
You can break this habit in a few ways. I’ve decided to make my own coffee at home. I can buy the same blends Starbucks uses, and cut my coffee spending in half!
Don’t want to make your own? Most coffee shops sell reusable coffee containers and offer discounts when you use these for refills. In no time you’ll be saving money and making the world a little greener!
Before I found my new job, I was workingfor minimum wage in a dead-end job. I worked because I had to, not because I wanted to. I don’t know that there was one particular event, but something gave me the push to finally pursue a career & ditch the job that was taking me nowhere.

Each and every day I was tempted to just get up & storm out of the workplace, but I decided to play it smart. I instead created an escape plan. It was more of a list than a plan, and it included everything I’d need in order to “escape” that current job situation.
My first action was to save at least half of every paycheck to create an emergency fund. It was tough on minimum wage, but I needed to do it to have some money to live on in case I decided to quit.
Another thing I did was start submitting my resume to employers all over the area. There is absolutely nothing wrong with exploring your options!
Not ready to leave your job just yet but want a change? Ask for a raise. If your employer really values you then he/she will seriously consider this. If they don’t even give you the time of day, you may want to seriously consider looking for other employment.
Follow my lead and get what you want out of your work!
