Host a Get-Together for Your New Neighbors
We’ve all been the new neighbor at one time or another. Do you remember when you first moved into your apartment and you didn’t know anyone else in the community? If you see new neighbors moving into Toscana, why not extend a hand and introduce yourself to your new neighbors?
Something I’ve done to help my neighbors ease into living in the community is throw them a little get-together in the apartment. Here are some things you can do to make this introduction a little easier:

[/caption]- Help introduce everyone with these really great custom nametags from Icebreakertags. These are really interesting conversation starters, and they’re a lot more fun than the typical “Hello, My Name is…”
- Set up a refreshment table in the living room. Lots of people end up meeting over the punch bowl, so make sure this is a place people will want to center around.
- Games are a must! I’m personally a fan of Apples to Apples, but there are lots of games that your neighbors may have. Encourage everyone to bring something from their apartment and see what your new neighbor would love to play.
